1. its legal. but there are some companies that are scams. make sure the broker is backed by the cftc and the nfa. snc investments is a good one.
2. Day trading the Forex market is just like day trading the equities market, in fact it is probably better because the liquidity is better an the volatility is better therefore you have a greater chance of making profits
